How do I get a refund?
Email us with your order number and we'll process a refund within 3–5 business days, in line with the event host's policy.
Can I host my event on EventBoss?
Absolutely. Send us a quick message describing your event and audience and we'll walk you through onboarding.
I didn't receive my ticket email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, message us with the email you used to purchase and we'll resend instantly.
How quickly will I hear back?
Almost always within 1 business day. Time-sensitive ticketing issues (events within 48 hours) are prioritised.
