Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Event organisers are responsible for event delivery. If an event is changed, postponed, or cancelled, we will communicate updates provided by the organiser and apply the applicable refund or credit process.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when booking and keep your account details secure. You must not use our platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, EventBoss limits liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
